2. What Olimpia Oracle Is
Olimpia Oracle is a digital divination and reflection tool. It offers symbolic readings. It is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial advisor, broker, or emergency service. All insights are for reflection and decision support only; you remain responsible for your choices. No fiduciary relationship is created between you and Olimpia Oracle.
3. Data We Collect
- Account data: email address for login; passwords are stored securely (hashed) through Supabase authentication.
- Reading data: reading history and usage information if your level allows saving it.
- Usage data: basic counts and timestamps used for limits and service stability.
- Device storage: localStorage/cookies may hold signed-in state and recent readings on this device.
- Backend storage: Supabase may store account info, consent status, and reading history tied to your account for login and paid features. Question text is not published.
Anonymous/new-user sessions: If you use the Oracle without signing in, access is limited and anonymous reading history is not permanently saved. A very small temporary session buffer may be used only to transfer recent readings if you sign in during that same browser session.
The amount of reading history available depends on the level you are using.
4. How We Use Data
- Deliver readings and history if your level allows it.
- Enforce reading limits and manage account access (login, password reset).
- Maintain stability and security with basic logs.
- Improve the Service in aggregate without selling personal data.
How is my data used? Your readings may be stored locally on the device and browser you use to access OlimpiaOracle.com. If you are signed in, certain reading data and usage information may also be stored securely through our backend services to support account features, limits, and history, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data. Data availability may differ between devices and browsers. For full details, please review the Privacy section.

5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Caching
We use localStorage/cookies to remember your session and recent readings on this device. We do not use advertising trackers. You can clear your browser storage to remove device-local data. We do not have access to your device or the contents of your local storage.
Anonymous session data may be held in browser session storage for continuity within the same active session only. This data is not intended as permanent storage and may be removed automatically when the session ends.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds
Payment processor: Donations and paid level subscriptions are processed by PayPal. Olimpia Oracle does not store your full card or bank account number on its servers. Payment processing is subject to PayPal's terms, policies, and security controls.
Subscription billing: Paid levels are recurring subscriptions billed in advance for each billing cycle until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges by PayPal according to the level you selected at checkout.
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal or the account management flow. Cancellation stops future renewals. If your level includes access through the end of the current paid period, access may continue until that period ends.
Refund policy: Except where required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable, including partial-period use, unused time, and accidental non-use. If a duplicate or clearly incorrect charge occurs, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, process a correction.
No guarantee of outcomes: Payments are for access to level features and platform availability, not for guaranteed personal outcomes, predictions, financial results, legal results, or medical results.
Chargebacks and disputes: If a payment is disputed, reversed, or charged back, we may limit or suspend paid access while the dispute is reviewed. We may keep records reasonably necessary to prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
Pricing and taxes: Prices may change prospectively. Any required taxes or processor fees may be added at checkout where applicable.
7. Crisis Messages
The Oracle includes special responses for crisis topics. These messages are always free and are meant to encourage you to seek real-world help from emergency services, crisis hotlines, or local professionals. Local device storage may keep a simple response log to show how often these responses appear; nothing from those prompts is sold or shared for marketing. They do not replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency services.
8. Children and Minors
The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the local minimum age). Olimpia Oracle does not provide fortune-telling about a child's future or destiny. Questions about minors are restricted to guidance that directs you to real-world help.
9. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may share information only if required by law, to protect the rights of users or the Service, or to maintain security and reliability.
Data retention: Account data is kept until you request account deletion.
10. Limits, Access Windows, and Level Enforcement
Daily reading limits are enforced by level and may vary between anonymous access and signed-in account access. Limits reset on the daily window shown in the product experience. Attempting to bypass limits, abuse access rules, or misuse upgrade/payment flows may result in restricted access.
11. Your Rights and Choices
- Delete your account; this removes Supabase login data. Saved readings tied to the account may also be deleted where technically possible.
- Update your email or password.
- Clear your browser storage to remove device-local history.
- Request details about how your data is used by emailing us.
12. Security
Passwords are hashed through Supabase. We use standard safeguards for authentication and storage, but no system is perfectly secure. Do not share your login.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame others.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Upload malware or other harmful code.
- Commit fraud, deception, or impersonation.
- Publish obscene material or material that incites violence or hate.
- Unlawfully collect information about others.
- Interfere with the integrity or security of the Service.
14. Intellectual Property
The Service, its content, design, trademarks, and underlying intellectual property are owned by Olimpia Oracle or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information provided will be reliable or complete.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olimpia Oracle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid anything, the cap is $0. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.
17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration before a neutral arbitrator, unless a claim may be brought in small claims court or seeks injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights. The arbitration will be conducted in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless the parties agree to a remote proceeding. The parties waive any right to participate in a class or representative action.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute is permitted to proceed in court, you agree that it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
