Oracle Reflection

What Questions Can You Ask an Oracle?

Start with one situation and something you can influence.

An open question can help you explore a situation without asking a reading to decide your future. Instead of asking whether something is guaranteed to happen, consider what you want to understand about your own next step.

For love, “What do I want to communicate in this relationship?” leaves room for an honest conversation. “Does this person secretly love me?” asks for knowledge a reading cannot establish. Their words and actions remain the evidence.

For work, “What matters most to me in a new role?” can be more useful than “Will I get the job?” You can follow the reflection by comparing actual roles against your priorities.

For direction, try “What small step would help me explore this path?” You can describe the choice without sharing names, contact details, or identifying information.

Before opening the Oracle, you could write your situation in one sentence and your question in another: “I feel stuck in my role. What could I explore before deciding to leave?” Choose the matching topic and bring that single question to your reading.

Ideas you could consider

  • You could begin with “What can I learn about…” or “What could I consider before…”.
  • It may help to remove predictions and questions about another person's hidden thoughts.
  • After reading, you could write one observation to check in everyday life.
